El Forestal Park is an adventure park open for all ages that has 11 giant zip liners that go between trees and more than 90 height games. There are also two circuits of different difficulty levels, suitable for families and experienced sportsmen alike.

Kayaking in Los Gigantes

The cliffs of Los Gigantes are one of Tenerife’s most spectacular landscapes. Its vertical walls of up to 2,000 ft. fall into the ocean and create a stunning natural barrier.

The traditional way of visiting the rocky cliffs is on one of the boats that sail from the port of Los Gigantes, but if you would like to try something a little bit different, you can go kayaking and see the fantastic cliffs from the sea, as well as having the chance to snorkel and enjoy the sea wildlife and flora in the crystal-clear waters. On these excursions, you may also have the chance to see dolphins!

Cueva del Viento

Cueva del Viento is the largest lava tube in the European Union and the fifth largest in the world. It was formed thanks to the lava flow from Pico Viejo, located next to Teide, in the north-western part of the island. It is more than 11 miles long and goes through paths filled with geomorphological phenomena such as lava pits and hills.

Visiting these caves also gives you the chance to enter the depths of a volcanic eruption and see how lava can create extraordinary shapes wherever it goes through.
